Dr. Chester Woodside graduated from the University of Washington Dental School in 1967, and began practicing in North Seattle before moving to Madison Park. He has been a long time resident of Madison Park. He holds several certificates from the University of Washington including a Certificate of Advanced Restorative Dentistry and a Certificate of TMJ Diagnosis. He holds a Certificate in Occlusion (bite function) and Esthetic Dentistry from the Institute of Excellence in Dentistry. He is a member of the Seattle King County Dental Society, Washington State Dental Association and American Dental Association. When not at the practice, Dr. Woodside enjoys spending time with his family, especially grandchildren, biking, photography and traveling the world.
Dr. Collins Woodside graduated from University of Washington Dental School in 1997 and then completed a one year residency in general practice at Long Island Jewish Medical Center, New Hyde Park, New York. While in her residency she authored an award winning literature review at LIJ Medical center. She taught as an affiliate professor at the University of Washington Dental School for two years, and looks forward to teaching there again. She is a graduate of the “Creating Restorative Excellence” Study Club Courses, and is a member of the Tucker Gold study club and Frank Spears Study club. She is a delegate and active member of the Seattle-King County Dental Society. She is also a member of the Washington State Dental Association, American Dental Association, and Academy of General Dentistry. Dr. Tammy Eckart graduated from the University of Louisville School of Dentistry in 2002 and completed her externship in a pediatric dental office. She has served as an affiliate professor at the University of Washington Dental School. She has worked in a few dental offices including a dental clinic in Olympia and Tacoma, and a private practice in Scottsdale, AZ. She also volunteered at the John C. Lincoln Children’s dental clinic providing dental care to children without insurance. She serves on the Continuing Education Committee for the Washington Academy of General Dentistry, and is an active member and delegate to the Seattle-King County Dental Society. She is also a member of the Washington State Dental Association, American Dental Association, and Academy of General Dentistry. She is currently in the Master Track Continuing Education Study Club and Frank Spears Study Club. Dr. Eckart enjoys spending time with her family, going to see musicals, and exploring the Pacific Northwest.

Michele is part of our front office team and has been with our office since 1997. She takes care of scheduling and billing. She is always happy to help with any questions you may have concerning your scheduling or financial matters. Michele enjoys spending time with family and going to hockey games.

Rafael has been working with our practice as a dental assistant since 1985. He completed his dental education and training from the College of Dentistry, University of the East in Manila. Rafael’s knowledge is vast and his skills are excellent! Patients love his thoughtfulness. When not in the office he enjoys spending time with his wife and dog as well as playing the guitar and piano.
Danielle graduated with her Certified Dental Assistant Degree in 2002 from Renton Technical College. She also completed one year of internships at two Seattle offices. She has worked with our practice since 2002. Danielle is known for her gentle and calming demeanor. Danielle enjoys going to Mariner’s games and spending time with her family.

Reggie is our talented lab technician. He custom designs all of our patients’ veneers, crowns, onlays and inlays. He previously owned his own dental lab prior to joining our office in 1999. He hails from the beautiful island of Oahu. He came to Washington with his wife and son in 1979. He enjoys racquetball, playing the guitar, clay and wax sculpture, and charcoal drawing. Many times you can see him on walks around Madison Park with his dog Harley.
